Drive Fore Success (DFS) was created to empower women to confidently participate in golf outings and represent their respective companies on the golf course. Historically a male dominated sport, golf combines sport with camaraderie. In their professions, founders Patti Kielawa, Elene Bara, Melissa Naeder and Erin O’Brien observed missed opportunities for business development and networking on the golf course. Their female peers felt the same way, but were reluctant to join, stating they didn’t know how or were not good enough. Drive Fore Success was conceived in response.
